Earlier Joan's teammate Sara yelled at her for playing badly.
Joan: Everyone saw the Sara's error obviously, but nobody dared to tell her.
Coach: I've talked to Sara. It's never appropriate to shame another person like that, especially a teammate. An outburst is not a good way to deal with any conflict.
Joan: Conflict? There was no conflict until he blamed me for losing the game! I admit that I probably didn't pass the ball enough. But he didn't pass the ball enough. But he didn't have to act like that! Wouldn't yelling at Sara just make him more defensive?
Coach: I didn't tell you to yell at him, but I think you could have stood up for yourself. I'd rather have you talk about the problem than just sit there feeling resentful.
Joan: I figured if I started screaming too, that would just make everything worse.
Coach: I agree. That kind of emotional release feels good at first, but it usually causes more problems.
Joan: Exactly. It hurts people's feelings and can give you a reputation for not being able to control your emotions.
Coach: But it's still important to express your opinions. You should respect yourself enough not to let people treat you badly. First of all, you understand he was right, so it would have shown maturity to admit that. Second of all, you could have calmly said that you didn't appreciate his approach. It might get him to think twice before doing it again. And if he doesn't, you're still the bigger man, and your teammates will recognize that. All right?

Or, "Use the negative form of positive words, and people will accept your opinion more easily. Then you'll keep mistakes to a minimum and make your interactions with people more pleasant."

She mailed to Jared who she love.

2.Car
Driver-less Cars: Legal Issues

Beyond the technical challenges involved in developing these cars, there are also legal ones. Most governments require that human drivers remain in control of vehicles at all times. Also, driver-less cars are not allowed on many roads at this point. Then there's the problem of determining who's at fault if a driver-less car gets in an accident. If the human isn't controlling the steering wheel, will he or she still be responsible? Or, could the car-maker be blamed? Lots of questions remain.

What about Google?
Apparently, when people think of driver-less cars, they often think of Google's driver-less car, which has become a common sight in Silicon Valley. A recent survey found that people were more willing to purchase a driver-less car from Google than from a traditional car-maker. It doesn't matter that Google has no experience making cars and may never actually make one. However, Google is investing millions in the software that makes driver-less cars work, and driver-less cars will probably rely heavily on Google's mapping data system.

Christopher studied so hard that he achieved the top rank in his class. He hoped to designed a driver-less car one day.

3.Travel

Neuschwanstein castle, Germany. This is arguably the most famous castle in the world and with good reason. It was the inspiration for the Sleeping Beauty Castle at Disneyland. King Ludwig II of Bavaria commissioned the ornate palace in the late 1800s, but he died before it was completed.

Bran Castle, Romania. Have you heard of Bram Stoker's Dracula? This 13th-century castle has been called an ideal setting for the famous novel. But there are no vampires here - the castle is now a museum.

Himeji Castle, Japan. Eighty-three wooden buildings stand together to form this amazing castle built in the 14th century. Equally amazing is the winding network of paths leading to the main castle area. These were for defense - enemies wandered these paths and often came to dead ends.

This building is famous for its unusual architecture. Castles have long been a favorite setting for dramatic stories and events, fact and fantasy alike. Their architecture catches your attention, and their history pulls you in. Their rooms tell tales and offer mystery that will fuel your imagination.

I am funding their trip to Japan by selling cookies. I want to visit the castle in Japan first.

Many places have a cycle of four seasons each year. prefers to stay in guesthouses instead of hotels because they are quieter. I think a tour of Europe would be the ultimate vacation. No problems occured on our trip, except perhaps the large thunderstorm followed by our train being delayed. Since I travels a lot, the portability of my luggage is important to me.

Although there are other restaurants attempting to sell genuine French food, this one stands out for its high quality and reasonable prices.

Greece is the birthplace of Western civilization. The Olympic Games began in Greece. Democracy and modern medicine got their start in Greece, too. Many of the words you'll read in this article come from the Greek language. A trip to Greece is a trip into centuries past. You'll have your fill of ancient art, architecture, history and more. Santorini's white buildings provide a striking display against the surrounding sky and sea's blue background.

Whale-watching trips thrill visitors with visitors with sightings of whales, dolphins and bears. Kayaking trips offer spectacular views of rock formations, waterfalls and sea caves. Alaska experienced a harsh winter with temperatures below zero for long periods of time.

On our Alaska trip, we saw beautiful ice formations in many different shapes. Settlers arrive in this new land and make it their home. Some come and some go. Early settlers found it too difficult to farm the land, and most returned home.

Wild, rigged, harsh, soft and beautiful! All of these words describe one place. And "untouched paradise" closely describes the natural beauty you'll find there. A drive through the island's rolling hills leads to towering cliffs with spectacular views. Tens of thousands of visitors will enjoy songs, dances, fiddle players, storytellers and more. Everyone in the crowd jumped up and danced to the lively songs.

The festivals include many activities and booths that sell souvenirs and crafts. Anyone can stop to enjoy some live music or watch an antique car show or a parade. Children can play games or ride in trucks full of hay.
People of all ages will enjoy the food and fun of these lively events that celebrate the holiday.

The Hive-Inn hotel would be composed of recycled shipping containers which can be inserted and removed, depending on the needs and business of the hotel. The Jenga-like grid structure would allow containers to be slotted in and removed without disturbing the other container rooms. They feel the idea could also be extended as a response for emergency housing or medical-care units. The duo explained that the design of the hotel lies in the idea of maximum flexibility and mobility. This is a trend that is embodied in our modern way of living.

Containers came as a natural answer to this vision; the challenge was to keep it technically feasible, mobile and fun. We wanted to keep the true nature of containers alive: containers are mobile, containers travel! It created this interesting paradox in which hotel rooms can come to you, expanding the market to residents.
To make it financially attractive for the operator, we find that creating a link between major brands, container fit out and Hive-inn operators could be a winning scenario.

Our intent is also to capture the interest of construction, hospitality, real-estate, healthcare, branding and retail industries to see if someone would be interested to build the first. Anyone?

4.Health

An average blood pressure reading is 120/80. A blood pressure reading above 140/90 counts as high blood pressure also called hypertension. High blood pressure puts you at risk for heart disease a stroke and kidney disease. Too much bad cholesterol or not enough good cholesterol can block blood flow which can lead to a heart attack or a stroke. Not knowing your blood pressure and cholesterol levels can be destructive to your health.

Sleep at least seven hours each night. Sleep isn't waste of time; it lowers blood pressure, reduces stress and strengthens your immune system. And lack of sleep increases your risk of memory problems, headaches, heart disease, diabetes and obesity.

No one wants to be sick. We try to avoid it by washing our hands, eating a healthy diet and taking supplements, but we're not always successful. When we do get sick, we usually reach for over-the counter medicines. If those don't work, we head to the doctor in hops of getting some antibiotics. These important drugs kill bacteria, but unfortunately they also reduce our natural ability to fight disease. Over time, overuse of antibiotics not only affects our health, it also leads to bacteria that are resistant to the drugs, making them all the harder to kill.

When the morning sun looks in through your bedroom window, do you jump out of bed? Or do you roll over and groan? An adequate amount of sleep can make the difference between a great day and a terrible one! First, go to bed at the same time every day, and get up at the same time. If you haven't gotten a good night's sleep, don't oversleep the next morning. Get up at your regular time. Sleeping late for just a couple of days can change your body clock to a different cycle. You don't want that if you have a set daily schedule!
Also, avoid big meals at night. Eating heavy, rich food within two hours of bedtime can keep you awake. Your stomach works hard to digest those fatty foods, and that may keep you up.

Maybe you can't sleep or you wake up in the middle of the night. Don't just lie in bed. Get up and do something relaxing elsewhere. Then go back to bed when you feel drowsy. If you worry a lot, make a list of things you need to do the next day. Do that an hour before bed. That way you get your worrying out of the way before you go to bed. After a good night's sleep, you'll be able to face a new day.

Try not to get defensive when people give you advice. The study suggests that drinking a moderate amount of coffee is good for your health.

5.Disasters
Preparing for disasters. Are you ready for the worst? When disaster strikes, you might find yourself without water, gas and electricity. You might even need to leave your home with little warning. But emergencies don;t have to surprise you. Plan ahead for bad situations.

Planning for the worst. Hold a family meeting. Discuss the types of disasters that could happen. Then plan a way to gather your family together if they get separated. Choose two locations for everyone to go to if it isn't safe to return home. The first should be near your house. You can go there in an emergency like a fire. The second meeting place should be outside your neighborhood. This will give your family a place to gather if you must evacuate.

Then create a family disaster kit. It should include everything your family needs to survive for at least three days. Place your kit in a bag so you can carry it if you need to evacuate. Once you have prepared your family for the worst, it is important to maintain your plan. Practice your emergency plan, and update it as necessary. You may not be able to prevent disasters, but with a little planning you can be prepared.
Sandra and her family are prepared for emergencies. If you are in a bad situation, you should call the police for help.

I have prepared a supply kit to take on the disaster happening. It's a big earthquake Several buildings collapsed during the earthquake, and thousands of people were injured. The loud noise startled the baby, and women began to cry.

The firefighters were able to extinguish the fire before it got out of control. Now here is a hell.

7.Space
Your next dream vacation could be out of this world. Are you in the mood for a once-in-a-lifetime travel experience? Maybe you're tired of those week-long vacations lounging at some tropical paradise, and you need some real adventure. Maybe you're a long-time fan of Star Trek and Star Wars and generally have stars in your eyes about everything space-related. Perhaps you just have an extra US$200,000 lying around the house. If so, then space tourism is for you!

Believe it or not, space travel is no longer just for astronauts. Until recently, space has primarily been the domain of governments, researchers and satellite companies. However, with the retirement of NASA's shuttle program and the escalating interest in space tourism, the "final frontier" may soon be opening up for even more people.

Currently, a handful of companies offer you a space ride with a superb view of Earth's outer atmosphere. The flight takes people 100 kilometers above Earth where the space adventurers can look back at Earth and also see the blackness of space. They experience weightlessness for several minutes before coming back to Earth. You might even find accommodations in a space hotel on day.

If the price of space travel seems astronomical now, maybe soon it won't be so high. Space entrepreneurs project that costs will steadily drop so that space travel will not be pastime for just the rich. Millions of Earth's inhabitants could eventually become space travelers and start to see the world in a whole new way.

Astronauts receive special training before starting their mission in space. We are learning about different types of stars in our astronomy class.
